(13-07-2026) Endeavour Silver Corp. (NYSE: EXK; TSX: EDR), Vancouver, a silver mining company with operations in Mexico, Peru, Chile, and the United States, reported continued production growth at its Kolpa Mine in Huancavelica.
During the 2Q 2026, the mine processed 233,408 tonnes, producing the equivalent of 633,288 ounces of silver, compared with 171,727 tonnes and 530,118 ounces of silver during the first quarter of 2026.
The expansion of the Kolpa processing plant to 2,500 tonnes per day (tpd) was completed in March 2026. During commissioning and ramp-up, the plant processed a larger proportion of lower-grade ore from the open-pit operation. Ore processed during the 2Q 2026 averaged grades of 93.3 g/t Ag, 2.80% Pb, 2.03% Zn, and 0.24% Cu.
Despite the slightly lower grades, the significant increase in processing throughput enabled silver production to exceed expectations, while base metal production remained in line with operational plans. Management continues to evaluate improvements to both operational facilities and camp accommodations in order to attract and retain skilled mining personnel.
Kolpa is Endeavour Silver’s third producing mine and its first operation in Peru. The company acquired the asset in 2025. It is located approximately 490 kilometers southeast of Lima.
In 2024, Kolpa processed approximately 685,000 tonnes of ore, producing 2 million ounces of silver, 19,820 tonnes of lead, 12,554 tonnes of zinc, and 518 tonnes of copper. On a silver-equivalent basis, total production reached 5.1 million ounces (Moz).
During the 2Q 2026, Endeavour Silver reported cumulative production of 1,943,955 ounces of silver and 10,474 ounces of gold, resulting in a combined silver-equivalent output of 3.4 million ounces, including base metals.
Year-to-date production reached 3,819,329 ounces of silver and 22,215 ounces of gold, for a total silver-equivalent production of 6.8 million ounces.
