(05-11-2025) First Andes Silver Ltd. (TSX-V: FAS; OTC Pink: MSLVF; FSE: 9TZ0), Vancouver, a company focused on exploring its 100%-owned Santas Gloria project, reported that it has initiated permit procedures and logistical preparations for Phase 3 drilling (approx. 2,000 m), targeting the Tembladera, San Jorge, Maribel, and Paquita vein systems.
Located about 55 km east of Lima, Santas Gloria comprises an intermediate-sulfidation epithermal vein system with gold, silver, and base-metal mineralization.
Drilling will target deeper areas to verify the presence of a high-grade epithermal sulfide zone. First Andes is also preparing a systematic exploration program to comprehensively assess the entire epithermal district of Santas Gloria, including:
- WorldView-3 (WV-3) spectral mapping
- A soil-sampling program covering all known veins
- A follow-up channel and rock-sampling program across WV-3 and soil anomalies
- An IP program in newly defined drill-target áreas
- Drill permits and subsequent drilling tests (Phase 4)
