(17-06-2024) Ferreyros, a leader in heavy machinery, along with Unimaq (light machinery) and Orvisa (focused on the Amazon), achieved the highest rating in the Excellence Programs deployed by Caterpillar to measure the performance of its global network of distributors. They reached the Gold level in all dimensions evaluated last year: After-Sales Service, Parts, Marketing and Sales, Rental, and Digital.
Ferreyros is one of three Caterpillar distributors in the world and the only one in Latin America to have received the Caterpillar Dealer Operational Excellence distinction twice, for annual All Gold performance (Gold in all categories), in which more than 160 dealers from the global network participate.
This recognition from Caterpillar, the world leader in machinery, is clear evidence of the commitment of its distributor in Peru to the continuous improvement of its operations, thanks to a team of 5,700 workers and its presence throughout the country, key elements to serve its customers and contribute to national development.
Denis Saito, Director of Distribution at Caterpillar Inc., presented the award to Mariela García de Fabbri, General Manager of Ferreycorp, and Gonzalo Díaz Pró, General Manager of Ferreyros.

- Marketing and Sales Category: This explores the improvement of customer experience and loyalty, the ability to design and deploy marketing strategies, and the development of plans that drive business opportunities, among other elements.
- Rental Dimension: This reviews various aspects of the rental business model, including efficiencies in fleet management to ensure high availability and agile maintenance processes.
