(13-08-2025) Dynacor Group Inc. (TSX: DNG), Montreal, a company specializing in the processing of gold ore purchased from artisanal miners (MAPE) in Peru, announced sales of US$79.7 million during Q2 2025, the second-highest for a quarter, and net income of US$3.5 million.
During the period, it reported a lower supply of ore than the historical standard, partly attributable to the curfew imposed by the Government on artisanal miners in northern Peru and planned maintenance.
The result was a production of 24,955 gold equivalent ounces and processing of 38,152 tonnes of ore (419 tpd).
The company updated its 2025 production guidance, reflecting the ore supply disruption in Q2 2025 due to the mentioned curfew and the impact on initial Q3 2025 production due to temporary road blockages. As a result, Dynacor’s 2025 sales are expected to fall at the lower end of the initial forecast range.

As for its internationalization process, Dynacor made the following advances:
- Senegal: progressing with the construction of a 50 tpd pilot processing plant and has placed orders for key components.
- Ghana: signed a 12-month memorandum of understanding (MOU) with partner Ansong Askew Ltd. for joint development.
- Ecuador: after the end of the quarter, completed due diligence and signed an agreement to purchase 100% of the shares of the Svetlana processing plant, with assets valued at US$9.75 million.
