… completes Yanamina acquisition

In late July, Daura Gold announced the closing of the acquisition of the Yanamina gold-silver project from EVR Resources Limited (ASX: EVR), Subiaco-based exploration company with projects in Mexico, Australia, Peru, and the U.S., among others.

Yanamina is located 40 km north of Daura and Highlander Silver’s high-grade San Luis gold-silver project, and has a historical indicated mineral resource of 83,100 oz gold @ 1.65 g/t Au and inferred mineral resource of 123,700 oz gold @ 1.19 g/t Au. Daura has the opportunity to update the estimate of these historical resources.

In this way, Yanamina complements Daura’s portfolio of projects in Ancash, a region that once hosted Barrick’s well-known Pierina gold mine, and currently the San Luis project.
