The approval of the Climate Change Framework Law Project by the Congress of the Republic, that has been boosting the General Board of Climate Change and Desertification from the Ministry of Environment (MINAM), is expected by the end of the year, said Silvia Rodriguez, Director of Climate Change and Desertification, during the 1st International Congress of Climate Change and its Impacts, held in the Huaraz Cultural Center, Huaraz city, between November 29th and December 1st.
