Compañía Minera Milpo – now part of Nexa Resources alongside its major shareholder Votorantim Metais – has as one of its greatest challenges, to develop brownfield exploration and consolidate the integrated of what it has denominated as the Pasco Complex, in the country’s central Andes, Eng. Zetti Galavan, general manager of Milpo’s Cerro Lindo Mining Unit, told MinerAndina, in the framework of his presentation in the Institute of Mining Engineers of Peru, as part of the events celebrating the institution’s 74th anniversary. The Pasco Complex is made up of historic polymetallics El Porvenir and Atacocha mines.
